ALL PROFESSIONALS - WORKING HOLIDAY VISA 6 MONTH LIMITATION
The 6 month rule was relaxed until June 2023.
Immigration has confirmed with us that you can still work for the employer for 12 months as long as you change location/site at 6 months.
On the request to work permission for more than 6 months form, there is the clause that states you can do this:
No permission required
You do not need to ask the Department’s permission to work with the same employer for up to 12 months in the following circumstances: If you work in different locations and the period of work in any one location does not exceed 6 months.
OT REGISTRATION UPDATES
NZ - NEW EXPRESS REGISTRATION
Eligibility - trained in the UK/Ireland/Canada
Competency/Self-Assessment - no longer required! This has been the most time consuming part of the application for OT’s so this is going to make it a lot easier/quicker 😀
University Curriculum - no longer required!

OTC - AUSTRALIA UPDATES
Documents no longer need to be certified and stage 1 applications can be submitted by email to OTC rather than posting them.
